Abraham Naton

Abraham Naton (1906–1959) was a prominent Israeli painter and founding member of the "Ofakim Hadashim" group, known for his abstract landscapes and later geometric color fields.

Born in Reni, Bessarabia (Ukraine today), he studied in Bucharest and Paris before immigrating to Israel in 1935, where his work gained international recognition, including exhibitions at the Venice Biennale and major museums worldwide.
